Long Distance Pipeline Control System Live
CNPC International Pipelines deploys Comzoon PCS and AI predictive maintenance
China | Infrastructure | Technology
SIGNAL:
CNPC International Pipelines, in collaboration with Comzoon, has completed commissioning and deployed the domestic Pipeline Control System (PCS) across the Central Asia Gas Pipeline and China-Myanmar Oil & Gas Pipeline.
The system manages over 1.36 million data points with 99.99% reliability, enabling millisecond-level perception and high-precision processing. The partnership established a full-dimensional "Equipment-Line-System" intelligent monitoring architecture. Integrated AI predictive models provide 72-hour advance fault warnings, significantly reducing false alarms and shortening fault resolution time. Additionally, Comzoon's SPE/APL Networked Intelligent Control System V2.0, based on Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) and APL standards, supports "Data + Power" single-wire transmission, fits hazardous petrochemical explosion-proof scenarios, and achieves end-to-end Ethernet integration from field instruments to management layers.
CONTEXT:
U3 Global, as an engineering consultant and technology equipment provider for global petrochemical and subsea pipelines, is witnessing the industry's shift from traditional automation to "intelligent autonomous management." End-to-end digital architecture is breaking data silos and reconstructing safety and efficiency standards for energy infrastructure.
IMPLICATION:
U3 is dedicated to the development and investment of global circular carbon infrastructure, seeking to integrate such intelligent regulation and predictive maintenance technologies into engineering consultancy and operational optimization services for global pipeline assets.
