CCRB-U3ARC Series

CCRB is now integral to next-generation infrastructure across pumped-storage hydropower, offshore wind turbines, ultra-high-voltage (UHV) transmission systems, deepwater oil & gas platforms, and large-scale industrial machinery. Its consistent quality and scalability make it the preferred choice for mission-critical applications where failure is not an option.

The U3ARC platform provides end-to-end support—including application consultation, supply chain orchestration, and technical test coordination—to accelerate global deployment of CCRB-based engineered solutions.

Description

CCRB-U3ARC Series
Continuous Cast Round Billet for Global Heavy Engineering

Subtitle:
Engineered Feedstock for High-Integrity Forgings in Clean Energy & Critical Infrastructure

Product Overview

Continuous Cast Round Billet (CCRB) is a semi-finished steel product formed by solidifying molten steel through a continuous casting process into a round cross-section. It serves as premium feedstock for high-value forged components requiring exceptional internal soundness, dimensional consistency, and mechanical reliability.

Compared to conventional ingot casting, CCRB offers superior metal yield, reduced energy consumption (up to 15% lower), minimized macro/micro-segregation, and enhanced microstructural homogeneity. These advantages directly support global decarbonization goals by enabling more efficient, durable, and sustainable heavy engineering solutions.
